Premium Wood Attic Stira with Handrail

This stira works absolutly perfectly and the only reason we are selling is because of an attic conversion so we have no need for it.

Please Note: This Stira was adapted to fit our attic opening, which is close to a wall. It works perfectly but doesn't fold flat in the standard way and needs to be folded a certain way when closing. Depending on your setup, you may want to make further adjustments to suit your own attic opening.

Also included is the original pull-down stick with hook for opening and closing the attic stairs.
