Approx. 2.5m high from floor to top of top step. Approx. 1.65m lenght from wall plate to end of bottom step. Approx. 59cm wide. 11Nr risers.

@dubguy80 it's approx 2.5m. You would have some leeway dependant on opening size (bigger ope could mean you'd get away with a lower ceiling)

@dubguy80 technically it comes apart but I wouldn't suggest taking it apart. And no, steps are not adjustable.
