Yes, the rises are each 190 mm, so 10 treads, 11 rises, is 2090.
Btw, it's actually closer to 1.6 m diameter.
It's the bottom half of the Stairs in the photo.
It will cost a bit less if you're only taking 10 Treads, though there might be a bit added on, if you want us to weld much on to it.
