The new FERMAX Video Intercom Kit from the New Kitcity series with a LOFT monitor, the single-family FERMAX LOFT KITCITY 1 B/W in black and white, is a modern, aesthetic, and durable addition to FERMAX video intercom systems.

It features a voice synthesizer – when you press the door release button on the monitor in the outdoor panel, you hear the voice message:

"Door open, please close it behind you."

The kit uses the ADS digital system, which is based on a 3-wire bus plus coaxial cable. For distances up to 50 m, cabling without the coaxial cable can be used.
