The motherboard has three PCI-E slots, so it can accept two more GPUs.
With one 4-to-1 PCI-E splitter (and a second PSU) you can get to a total of 6 GPUs.
(in theory you could put a 4-to-1 PCI-E splitter in each of the three PCI-E slots)
The frame can host up to 8 GPUs.

The idea here is to start small, learn your way around the system and grow the rig adding your own cards.
