Spot X 2-way satellite tracker with Bluetooth
Connect SPOT X to your smart phone via Bluetooth wireless technology, through the Spot X app, to access your contact and communicate easily with family, friends, or directly with Search and Rescue service in a life time threatening situation. If preferred or when necessary, Spot X can be used as standalone communication device. SPOT X has its own dedicated U.S. mobile number, so others can message you directly at any time.
I have used for three months on an Asia trip for location tracking and leave the family aware of where I was.
You need to get Spot service membership to use the device.
