race car with spares at extra cost

Reynard Formula Opel lotus. Irish Hillclimb Championship winning car 2023. For sale as seen. Opel c20xe on Webber 48s, 245 bhp. 4 speed box with double width 1st gear and torque bias diff. F1 rear wing and F1 rear wheels. Advertised at 12k as is. Can do it for 11.5 k with 10 inch rear and 8" front reynard wheels.
Car is in Dublin.
2.1 is a bit smokey, probably valve stem seals. Have a 2.0 @ 217hp non smokey! Car can be sold with either. Also have a 5 speed cluster again car can go with either.
