Honda Hybrid i-DCT P01737 code treatment

Some Honda owners who drive Honda Hybrids with a dual-clutch transmission (i-DCT), Fits, Shuttles, Vezels, etc, have encountered the P-1737 (P01737) code. This is a trouble code DTC about the issue with the first gear that won't go away even if you try to delete it.
