@kennethbolger: Hi Kenneth, you're right but the staircase is higher than average ceiling height as it continues into the room above. I have just double checked those dimensions and they're correct.

We are at the mercy of a builder here as doing some work on the house and therefore, I don't have an accurate date for you....it could be 4 weeks time.

@gerden: Hi Ger, apologies for delay.

The overall height is approx 390cm.
We have it blocked off at the moment as it's not main staircase in house and not in use so it's measuring 385cm and I'm adding approx 5cm to the thickness of wooden panels which have been inserted to block it off.

The height of an individual step is 21cm to bottom of step, 18cm to top of step (depth of step - 3cm).
