Single-component, solvent-borne, thixotropic intumescent fire protection coating.

APPLICATION
Flame Stal® Fire Proof Solvent is a single-component intumescent fire protection coating designed for the fire protection of structural steel and galvanised steelwork against thermal exposure under standard fire conditions.

The Flame Stal® Fire Proof Solvent coating system has been assessed under Technical Approval AT-15-9175/2015 and is covered by ITB Certificate of Conformity No. ITB-2260/W.

Fire-protected steel and galvanised steel elements may be used internally and externally, subject to the applicable environmental exposure conditions and the specified corrosion category.

The coating system provides fire protection for structural steel for up to 90 minutes, depending on the steel section factor, required fire resistance period, coating thickness and application system.
