The Ancon SDB 225mm Frame Tie With Drip offers a reliable way to secure masonry to steel or concrete frames. Designed for 145–170mm cavities, this 145–170mm cavity tie includes an integral drip feature to stop moisture bridging the gap and affecting inner structures.

Made from stainless steel, these stainless steel ties feature a 7mm hole for M6 expansion bolts or self-drilling screws. Suitable as cavity wall ties for residential and commercial masonry restraint, they are supplied in a box of 125 and comply with BS EN 845-1 standards.
