The first edition of the Draconis Strain Saga (often referred to as the Draconis Trilogy) for the Alien RPG by Free League Publishing consists of three cinematic adventure modules written by Andrew E.C. Gaska. These adventures are designed for 2–5 players plus the Game Mother and can be played as stand-alone sessions or as a connected narrative.

The trilogy includes:

Chariot of the Gods: Released as the first part of the saga, this module comes with the Rulebook for the Cinematic Starter Set. It follows space truckers on a rescue mission aboard an abandoned ship.

Destroyer of Worlds: The second installment in the saga, released as an expansion. It continues the story from the first module and is noted for being a longer, mini-campaign style cinematic featuring Colonial Marines.

Heart of Darkness: The concluding chapter of the trilogy. It serves as a standalone adventure but concludes the Draconis Strain Saga, involving a descent into madness on a space station playing as scientists investigating an unique phenomenon.
While each module features pre-generated characters and can be played independently, they share cross-references and a continuous narrative thread.
