@starstreamer8 all straps are perfect, no rust. Spanner only used to attach to toe bar. Tilt function used by quick release pins

Can you tilt it while fully loaded and if so do you need the spanner to tilt it or is the spanner just to attach the rack to the tow bar?
Any spots of rust anywhere on it?
Are the 8 rubber straps all working perfectly with no tears?
