Comes with cable (not sure how long, never unboxed it)
Made in Indonesia
Could be a good replacement lever for any 7-speed Shimano or compatible system.
Please keep in mind if you're looking for better shifting, you're likely better off upgrading your derailleaur - as long as you have an indexed lever already, changing the lever won't make much of a difference.
