Plastic wedge 27,7-35 mm (part of Topeak DeFender M1 bracket kit)

Came with the fender/mudguard bracket kit I ordered, didn't need this part as my headtube is thinner.
Originally used to mount fenders to your fork, held by the wedge plugging into the steerer tube.
This is for steerer tubes of which the inner dia. at their lowest point is between 27.7-35mm
ONLY including one wedge, no other parts.
