@Debbie119: It is a 3 bike bike rack, comfortably I would say two large bikes and a smaller bike. But you can come take a look yourself. Just note as per the ad one of the 6 fasteners is missing, you can easily get a replacement or use something else if needs be.

@hck24 the 20 inch I would say definitely yes, I measures the distance between the the clamps that is 27cm so depending where you would fix them (different for all bikes) if that works it will work for you. You can also come over and check it if you want.
