this rack on the video is similar to mine. If a small bike without crossbar, you could turn it upside-down, use extra cables to tie it on the rack.

I wonder if I can use it for kids bikes 20" without cross bar! I would really appreciate if you could please provide a youtube link to the model you're selling. There is no benefit to me if the No cross bar Bikes can't be installed on it. Many thanks for any advice! Regards

@DEZ That's not a problem. I used it on Nissan X trail few years ago, a slight bigger car. You can YouTube this rack see how it fits.
All straps in there, but I used extra cables to secure bikes more just incase.
