@Flo 001 both are fully adjustable depending on kids age and height etc. my kids used them up until they were 10/12 yrs. The top one is the seat and bottom one is the foot rest. If I have a compatible Allan key I'll give it to you.

@Flo 001 my understanding is that there is an old model pre 2003 and then this model - this one is 2012 so is compatible but you should double check that with whatever accessories you are thinking about.
