Everything you need to know about meat. The book was likely a promotion for their products. Well illustrated with drawings of cuts of meat, the book aims to inform readers about the differences between the cuts and general meat information. Recipes accompany each cut of meat and kind of meat. Chicken is also included. Cooking tips are provided, as well as menu suggestions. Ads for other Wilson products appear at the end.

Condition: Slight wear on the binding. Interior pages are in very good condition considering the age. It's been stored in a damp proof environment and well looked after down through the years.
