Vintage Wooden Waefa Vegetable Slicer
This is a Wooden Vintage Vegetable Slicer (could be very well a Waefa one) also known as Mandoline.
37 cm long, 12 cm wide, almost 3 cm thick.
It is typically made from wood, often beech wood, with stainless steel blades.
It is designed for quickly and precisely slicing Vegetables such as cucumbers, potatoes, cabbage, carrots etc
The thickness of the slicers can be adjusted by the screws on the side in presume
Similar Models can be dated back to the 1800s.
Would be a fabulous addition to any farmhouse kitchen. Of course to other kitchens as well.
