Original Waddington’s Campaign – the classic Napoleonic strategy game.
First released in 1971, this is a compelling two-to-four player game of military and political strategy set in the age of Napoleon. Each player becomes a Napoleon or Wellington leading an army across Europe. Alliances can be formed and broken, famous battles refought, and victory achieved by defeating opponents or controlling key territory.
Fully complete with the large folding board, four coloured plastic armies (red, blue, green and white – infantry, cavalry and generals), town and alliance cards, dice, original rules and the historical booklet “The Years of Napoleon”.
A strong example of early-1970s Waddingtons design and one of the better abstract strategy games of the period. Increasingly sought after by collectors of vintage British war and strategy titles.
