Nice display piece or cold be a ratrod or could be fully restored.
Cleaned up and oiled, straightened in areas, temporary fixed parts into place and stand used to present it straight, a few cracks, and a few pin holes and some body dents, steering wheel present and original stamp and paint. One wheel missing.
