Vintage spanner (D G Co)
Old spanner/wrench.
I am open to correction, but I was told it is for opening and closing a gas valve and that the 'D G Co' may stand for the Dublin Gas Company. No evidence to support this, but this certainly seems to be the shape of spanner often used for some type of household gas valve.
It measures 14.5cm in length.
With age-related wear and rusting. Has a slight bend, perhaps made that way.
Nice piece.
