Vintage Reed & Barton U.S. Navy Silver Soldered Coffee Pot USN 3610

Fantastic vintage Reed & Barton U.S. Navy coffee pot, a really unusual piece of American naval history.

Clearly stamped underneath:

SILVER SOLDERED
3610
ESSEX HOUSE
U.S.N.

Features a lovely dark wooden side handle, hinged lid and classic heavy hotel/naval-service style construction.

The U.S.N. marking makes this particularly interesting as a military/naval collectable, as well as a great decorative piece for a vintage kitchen, bar, restaurant or display collection.

It has plenty of age-related character, surface marks and tarnishing consistent with its age and use. I have deliberately left it unpolished rather than attempting to restore it. Please see photographs for condition and markings.
