Mid-Century claret jug (or wine decanter), typically dated to the 1950s or 1960s. 

The piece features a pressed glass body with a distinctive diamond-cut pattern on the lower section. Its upper components, including the collar, lid, and scrolling handle, are made of silver-plated metal (often marked "E.P. Zinc"). 

Design: Features beaded detailing on the scrolling handle and lid.

Dimensions: Similar models stand approximately 27.7cm to 29.5cm high.

Origin: Many examples were produced in England or Italy (specifically by Distillerie Buton or silversmith Guido Galbiati) during the mid-20th century.

Usage: Historically used for serving claret, wine, or liqueurs.
