Vintage Palitoy Ltd. England Baby Doll Tiny Tears from the 1970s is a vintage collector's item featuring a blue iris eyes that closes.
She has some age related markings on her face arms and body as shown in the photos. One eye is not working. Clothes are handmade but not original to the doll.
