Vintage Orrefors Astrid Smoked Glass Aperitif Glasses Set of 6 Simon Gate

Elegant set of six vintage Swedish smoked glass aperitif / sherry glasses from the iconic “Astrid” series designed by celebrated Swedish designer Simon Gate for Orrefors, one of the most important names in Scandinavian glass design.

The Astrid range was originally introduced in 1924 and remained in production until approximately 1965/1966, making these authentic vintage pieces from the golden age of Scandinavian Art Deco design.

Featuring beautifully flared bowls in smoky grey-brown glass with distinctive sculptural twisted stems, these glasses perfectly capture the refined “Swedish Grace” aesthetic that made Orrefors internationally renowned during the interwar period.

Approx. 14cm high.

Presented in pristine vintage condition with no chips or cracks noted. A beautifully preserved matching set which looks stunning styled for entertaining, cocktail cabinets, bar carts or sophisticated tablescapes.
