Vintage (New) CARLTON Briefcase

This is a Vintage CARLTON Briefcase or business bag I got of a neighbour who moved abroad. APPROX 40 x 32 cm. Looks like brand new, but got told it is vintage
Bag features a 2 tone design with a black textured body and smooth brown trim at the top, handle & shoulder straps. Cant say if it is leather. By smelling on it the brown has a touch of typical leather smell, the black part not.
It includes gold tone hardware, dual front tuck-look fasteners.
Based on its design and branding it is a classic executive style bag typically used for carrying documents or small laptops.
By opening the fasteners you will find few departments for cards, pens etc (see photo)
Inner black lined part of it has 1 small and 1 big zipped pocket and the bigger main part of bag for your folders or laptop.
CARLTON is a well known luggage brand.
Added as price comparison last photo with similar looking bag. Couldn't find identical one of mine.
