Vintage Mid Century Rare PYE Playboy Portable Vinyl Record Player in Teak Case Faulty
This is a fantastic survivor. Mechanically working, powers on, spinning etc. However no sound apart from what the needle produces. Fixable in the right hands.

'Playboy' PYE fully portable record player encased in a teak frame, measuring , 19 x 38 x 41cm approximately.
Pye was a significant electronics company based in Cambridge, England, known for producing a wide range of radios, televisions, and phonographs throughout the mid-20th century. The "Playboy" model is a characteristic example of their portable record player line from that era.
