Lovely vintage wooden storage box, wood carved flower sand foliage an intricate hand carved floral pattern repeated on all sides.
These boxes, imported from India in the 1970's, are now making a huge resurgence in popularity.
This pretty example would make a great trinket or jewellery box, or provide a very decorative way of storing up to four packs of playing cards or any number of bits and bobs that never seem to have a home!
It is in very good vintage condition (please see photos).
The lid fits snugly, it has the original brass hinges and the interior is clean and ready to store your favourite treasures!
