Vintage French compact
An early 20th century French gilt metal filigree and jewelled compact of shaped rectangular form decorated with pearls. The hinged lid opens to reveal a bevelled mirror, powder compact and lipstick or rouge holder. Tassle and chain attached. Stamped 'Made in France' on the back. L7cm. Purchased at Adam's Auctioneers.
