Vintage Fish-Design Pottery Bottle Vase Rustic Green Finish
Unusual rectangular pottery bottle or vase featuring a deeply carved fish design on both sides.
The rustic grey-green finish, substantial shape and bold fish decoration give it a distinctive folk-art appearance. It may be Japanese Okinawan or Tsuboya-style pottery, although its precise maker, age and origin have not been confirmed.
Vintage used condition with considerable surface wear, discolouration, rubbing and small edge imperfections visible. No stopper is included. Please examine all photographs carefully.
An interesting decorative piece for a pottery, Japanese art or maritime-themed collection
