Price's Patent Candle Co. Ltd. Candle snuffer/extinguisher. You can read the history in one of the pictures. This company made candles for Queen Victoria's wedding in 1840. The snuffer appears to be composed of copper, brass and zinc or aluminium. Length 11.5 inches/30cm approx.
