Vintage Bakelite Bicycle Headlamp

Superb vintage Bakelite headlamp, originally sold as NOS (New Old Stock) and never mounted.

Features a very attractive dark burgundy/red marbled Bakelite body, clear domed lens, internal reflector and original metal mounting bracket.

A lovely period accessory suitable for a vintage bicycle, moped or motorbike restoration, or equally attractive as a piece of vintage garage/automobilia display.

The lamp appears complete internally and the mounting bracket remains particularly clean. It is untested and is being sold as a vintage collectible/restoration item.

Very good vintage condition overall, although despite being NOS there are some age-related storage marks and light scratching to the lens, as shown in the photographs.
