Vintage 1930s Art Deco Oak Coopered Barrel Tea Caddies (Pair)

Beautiful matching pair of original Art Deco English oak coopered barrel tea canisters/caddies, dating from circa 1920s–1940s.

These are crafted from solid oak with a beautiful prominent grain and a lovely warm patina. Both feature their original silver-toned stylized script "Tea" labels on the front and turned wooden lids.

The interiors still retain their original vintage metal foil/zinc liners, which were used to keep loose tea leaves airtight and fresh.

• Condition: Excellent vintage condition. The oak wood is solid with no splitting or loose panels. The metal liners show minor age-appropriate patina/oxidation but are fully intact with no holes.

• Style: Perfect for Art Deco, country cottage, rustic kitchen, or vintage kitchenalia collectors.

• Shipping: Will be carefully wrapped and packed securely for safe transit.
