For sale is a fan club badge for TORVILL & DEAN.

Jayne Torvill and Christopher Dean are English ice skate-dancers, Olympic and world champions. At the Sarajevo 1984 Winter Olympics the pair won gold and became the highest scoring figure skaters of all time (for a single programme) receiving twelve perfect 6.0s and six 5.9s which included artistic impression scores of 6.0 from every judge, after skating to Maurice Ravel's Boléro.

Size: about 1 23/32" x 9/16" including the suspension hoop (44mm x 15mm).
Material(s): diecast metal alloy with 1 enamel.
Finish: chrome plated.
Fitting: rollbar pin.
Imprint: none.
Approximate age: late 1980's

CONDITION:
Very good condition. No damage. Pin in working order. This badge would originally have had a pair of ice-skate shoes dangler, hence the very low price.
