For sale is a scarce button badge issued by THE TIDY BRITAIN GROUP to help promote awareness amongst young children about avoiding littering. This badge is dated 1989 and features TIDYUP from the Stoppit & Tidyup children's TV cartoons. These were originally broadcast by the BBC in late 1988, narrated by Terry Wogan.

The Tidy Britain Group was established as an environmental charity in 1960 to raise public awareness of litter and inspire people to become more litter-conscious through their public campaigns. This badge would have been issued as part of one of those campaigns in 1989.
