Dating back to the 1960s (?)
It was used by tailors & seamstresses to mark hemlines for such things as skirts & curtains.
Would have come with the wooden ruler, the iron marker and stand/feet.
Unfortunately this one does not have the stand/feet.
In very good condition considering its age.
Marked on one side in just inches.
Has centimetres & inches on the other side.
