Royal Portable Typewriter 1930s Made in USA Working
Original vintage Royal portable typewriter in black, with the classic round glass keys with chrome rims. The original Royal Typewriter Co., New York decal is still on the back panel.
It works: the keys strike and the carriage moves as it should. It would benefit from a clean and a new ribbon, which are easy to get online.
It shows wear consistent with its age, including paint chips, some surface marks and light surface rust on the carriage hardware. It makes a beautiful display piece for a desk, study, shop or café, and a lovely gift for a writer, or you can use it as it was meant to be used.
