Here is a super quality Recency period (Circa 1830) rosewood box with brass Inlay.The piece measures 9.5x7x5 inches and features a lower pull out drawer and inner lid retractable leather pouch.It comes with it's original lock and key(in working order).I believe that this was a travelling documents box.The new custodian can add their own coloured lining..one very small area of attention required as per photos..the box is mint apart from that.
