This is a premium, authentic pre-WWII "The Perfect" shooting stick / seat stick, crafted by the ultra-luxury Royal Warrant holder Thomas Brigg & Sons (Brigg London) before their 1943 corporate merger. It features a dual-purpose design that serves as a sturdy walking cane when closed, opening horizontally into a beautiful, functional hammock-style leather sling seat.

✨ Standout Rare Features:
• Bespoke Irish Provenance: Beautifully engraved on the central aluminum collar: "Lady Levinge, Knockdrin Castle, Mullingar". It belonged directly to the aristocratic family of one of County Westmeath’s most famous Gothic-Revival landmark estates.

• Artisan Craftsmanship: Features a stunning, deeply detailed hand-carved relief of a stag (deer) wrapped elegantly around the top of the wooden shaft.
• Complete & Functional: Retails the original bottom metal ground plate stamped with "The Perfect" and "PAT 6823/12", a spiked ferrule, and the central leather lock-strap with snap fastener.

Condition:
The main brown leather seat panel is in fantastic, robust condition with deep gloss and firm stitching. The metal framework and mechanics work flawlessly.

The leather-wrapped handles show authentic vintage wear and cracking from decades of field use, adding wonderful character and patina to a genuine historical item (see photos).
