Rare Franz Caffrey Handcrafted Art Nouveau Glass Bowl

Rare glass centerpiece bowl sculpture by Irish artist Franz Caffrey. The base is decorated with a copper wrap.

Caffrey's work is known for its Art Nouveau influence, often featuring vibrant "sunset" gradients (red to black) and tactile, three-dimensional details like the curvilinear "snake" or leaf-like forms, or wrapping as is visible with the neck of this bowl.
