For sale is a vintage souvenir shot-glass in the form of a miniature glass tankard, commemorating the Queen Elizabeth II coronation that took place on the 2nd June 1953. This tankard shows the Royal E II R Standard and is finished off with bands of thickly applied gold gilt.

DESCRIPTION:
Size: about 2 15/16" height x 1 15/16” across excluding the handle (74mm x 48mm).
Material(s): press-moulded clear & colourless glass..
Finish: screen printed in 3 colours. Two bands of gilt applied around the lip-rim and near the foot of the glass.
Imprint: none.
Approximate age: 1953.
CONDITION:
Excellent clean condition. No damage. Gilt intact and unworn.
