Old bung maker
Overall length 770 MM.
These tools were used to make fuel from coal dust, turf mould, or anything burnable that could be mixed up with water. The hollow tubes were pushed into the mix and the plungers pushed out the bungs to be dried and used for fuel. Often called penny bungmakers because old pennies were sometimes used on the ends of the plungers.
