Selling this antique oil painting of a veiled Madonna with downcast eyes and her hand on her chest.
Unsigned. Size 29.5 x 36.5 cm.
In a gilt Salvator Rosa style frame. The frame has some wear and small chips.
The painting has age cracking across the face and a few small flakes of paint missing. Varnish is darkened.
Bought in Naples. Thought to be the 18th century.
