For sale is a rare membership enamel badge of the Kingstanding Ex-servicemen's Social Club Ltd in Birmingham. The building depicted on this badge is their original premises which was demolished and replaced sometime in the late 1960's or early 1970's. The club still exists today but no longer exclusively for ex-servicemen. It was recently refurbished and converted into a hostel.

DESCRIPTION:
Size: about 1" diameter (25mm).
Material(s): Brass metal with 2 vitreous enamels.
Finish: Tin plated.
Fitting: Buttonhole (horseshoe shaped clasp).
Imprint: None.
Approximate age: 1940's to 1950's.
CONDITION:
Very good condition. No damage. There is minor wear to the tin plating on the highest relief point of building (right column to doorway).
