For sale is a scarce tie-pin badges issued to commemorate the coronation of King George VI which took place at Westminster Abbey on the 12th May 1937.
This badge is missing its pin, hence the low sale price.

DESCRIPTION:
Size: about 21/32" diameter (17mm). About 1 7/8" length (47mm) with the pin holder.
Material(s): brass metal with a printed insert. Insert printed lithography half-tone and hand-coloured tints applied.
Finish: nickel plated?
Fitting: tie-pin fitting.
Imprint: none.
Approximate age: 1937
CONDITION:
Excellent condition. No damage. Except the pin is missing.
