For sale is a delegate's badge issued to those attending the 1970 International Ornithologists' Congress (IOC) which was held in The Hauge, Netherlands.

The first IOC was held in 1884 at Vienna, Austria and takes place about every four years, organised by the International Ornithologists' Union. The 15th International Congress held in 1970 covered many scientific topics relating to ornithology with an emphasis on persistent pollutants in the environment and its effects on bird populations, especially DDT, birds of prey and their shell thickness.
