Now I've moved onto my collection of funky vintage tea towels.

Funky Vintage Retro, Kitchen Kitsch, Caravan-Chic Cotton Tea Towel, in Excellent Vintage Condition.

This example is a portrait format vintage Calendar Tea Towel featuring the year 1975, with stylish and funky graphic depictions of kitchen ephemera and fruit on wooden shelves in bright reds, oranges, yellows, greens and purples on a vivid turquoise background. The months are in English, but this example is very German or Swiss in design and colouring, a fabulous example.

This vintage tea towel is in excellent vintage condition.

I've been collecting vintage tea towels for some time, and they add a lovely kitsch element to a modern or retro kitchen. Especially cool to use in a caravan or campervan.

They can be framed and hung and also used for many craft projects including cushions, table clothes, caravan curtains, stool seat pads, upholstery, kitchen aprons etc. (See the last few photos for examples of these crafts).
