A highly characterful vintage Chinese cast iron figure of the Jade Emperor, seated in flowing robes and imperial crown, with wonderful layers of original blue, green, red and gold paint over rich rust patina.
Beautifully aged with real wabi-sabi charm, the piece has a small seal mark to the back and a lovely heavy feel, approx 22cm tall.
